Withdraw from the contract

You have 15 days from the day you receive the products to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”: we immediately email you a confirmation with the date and time of your request.

  1. 1We write to you with the return instructions and a return code.
  2. 2You send the products back within 14 days. Return costs are yours, except for damaged or non-conforming products.
  3. 3We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Sealed products (bottles, sprays, roll-ons, gels, oils, jars) opened after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All the details in the return and withdrawal policy.
