7.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree. L.vo n. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal consists in the Customer's ability to unilaterally free himself from the contract, returning the purchased products with consequent refund of the price, without penalty and without specifying the reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to the address info@on-hitalia.com entror 7 days from receipt of the goods, in response to which Roberto Callegari will send the Customer a specific return identification code. The return of the products must be made via express courier with the possibility of tracking the shipment, the costs of which will be entirely borne by the Customer. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the ON-H warehouse of Callegari Roberto, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, it is necessary that the purchased products are returned intact, unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with the original labels not removed. The packaging of the Products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original packaging from damage, writing or labels. In any case, returns without the appropriate return identification code will not be accepted.

The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of the returned products and their correspondence with those in the order and the relative return form by Roberto Callegari (ON-H).

7.2 Refund of amount paid

If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised pursuant to the previous provisions, ON-H di Callegari Roberto will refund the price paid for the purchase, minus all shipping and transport costs, as well as a 5% fee to be deducted from the cost of the product for administrative and management costs. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned products. The refund does not include transport costs.
