5 Shipments

5.1 Shipping data

Shipments are made by couriers: UPS -SDA - GLS- Poste Italiane - TNT (standard shipping) - (Express) - (Collection Points)

As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments of ON-H di Callegari Roberto are accompanied by a tax document declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the tax document shows the discounted amounts.

5.2 Shipping date

All orders are processed and shipped during the working week from Monday to Friday except public holidays. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times may be longer for deliveries to remote areas or islands.

5.3 Shipping costs

Delivery costs, as well as VAT and any other transfer taxes where applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated at the time of ordering. Nothing more is due from the Customer than the total amount of the order shown at the end of the purchase procedure, except that any customs clearance charges for the goods remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Italy: free from €60.00. If the order is less than €60.00 the shipping cost is equal to:
- €7.00 specifically for shipping called "standard shipping"
- €9.00 for shipping called "Express"
- €5.00 for the shipment called "Punto Poste collection"

Europe: The shipping cost is €14.99

For other destinations, shipping costs will be communicated in the order confirmation.

5.4 Delivery times

The delivery times of the products are approximately as follows:

Italy 2 - 3 days with hypothetical delays, the days indicated are purely indicative

Europe 2 - 4 days

Other destinations 5 - 10 days

6 Payment

6.1 Prices are expressed in euros. The total amount resulting at the end of the order includes any shipping costs. The Customer may choose between the following payment methods: Paypal, Klarna, credit cards  or bank transfer.

6.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering, except in the case of payment by bank transfer.

6.3 In case of payment by bank transfer, ON-H di callegari Roberto will process the shipment upon crediting the amount due to the bank account indicated by it. The transfer must be made within 48 working hours.
