5 Shipping

5.1 Shipping details

Shipments are made by the following carriers: UPS – SDA – GLS – Poste Italiane – TNT (standard shipping) – (Pick-up Points)

As required by trade legislation, every shipment from ON-H di Callegari Roberto is accompanied by a tax document stating the value of each item in Euro. For sale items, the tax document shows the discounted amounts.

5.2 Dispatch date

All orders are processed and dispatched during the working week from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Times may be longer for deliveries to remote areas or to the islands.

5.3 Shipping costs

Delivery costs, as well as VAT and any other transfer taxes where due, are payable by the Customer and are clearly stated during the order process. The Customer owes nothing beyond the order total shown at the end of the purchase procedure, save that any customs clearance charges on the goods remain solely payable by the Customer.

Italy: free from €69.00. If the order is below €69.00, the shipping cost is:
- €6.90 specifically for the service called “standard shipping”
- €5.00 for the service called “Punto Poste pick-up”

Europe: The shipping cost is €14.99
DACH [AT+DE]: The shipping cost is €9.90

For other destinations, shipping costs will be stated in the order confirmation.

5.4 Delivery times

Delivery times for the products are approximately as follows:

Italy 2–3 days, with possible delays; the days indicated are purely indicative

Europe 2–4 days

Other destinations 5–10 days

6 Payment

6.1 Prices are expressed in euro. The total amount shown at the end of the order includes any shipping costs. The Customer may choose between the following means of payment: PayPal, Klarna, credit cards or bank transfer.

6.2 Payment must be made at the time of the order, except in the case of payment by bank transfer.

6.3 In the case of payment by bank transfer, ON-H di Callegari Roberto will arrange dispatch once the amount due has been credited to the bank account it has indicated. The transfer must be made within 48 working hours.
