Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for subscription, pre-order, or "Try Before You Buy." This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the length of your subscription and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or coming soon and is out of stock. We may not take payment at checkout, or may take a partial deposit and store your payment method, and then process your order and charge you for the full amount, or the remaining amount, at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase an item with the "Try Before You Buy" option, we authorize your payment method before processing your order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. After that time, if you have not returned it, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
