How long does ProtegoDog's protection last?
It can vary depending on the environment, the type of coat and your dog's activity. Under normal conditions we recommend applying ProtegoDog before walks, hikes or outdoor activities, and reapplying when needed.
Where should the roll-on be applied?
You can apply ProtegoDog to the most exposed areas: neck, chest, behind the ears, the base of the tail and along the back. Avoid direct contact with eyes, nose, mouth and mucous membranes.
Does ProtegoDog contain harsh chemicals?
No. ProtegoDog is formulated with ingredients of natural origin and selected essential oils. It contains no alcohol and is designed to be gentle on your dog's coat and skin.
Is it suitable for puppies too?
ProtegoDog is formulated for gentle, daily use. For very young puppies, particularly sensitive animals or dogs with existing skin conditions, we recommend consulting your vet before use.
Does the product grease the coat or leave residue?
No. The formula is deliberately practical and quick to use. Applied in the recommended amount it does not weigh the coat down or leave unpleasant residue — ideal before a walk or a journey.
Why choose a roll-on instead of a spray?
The roll-on allows precise, silent application without startling the dog. It also avoids dispersion into the environment and lets you apply the product only where it is needed, reducing waste.
Can I use ProtegoDog every day?
Yes. ProtegoDog was developed for frequent use throughout the insect season. Its natural, alcohol-free formula makes it suitable for the daily routine, helping you protect your dog during walks, travel, outdoor activities and time off.
