Why competition day is different
The trailer journey, a strange stable, loudspeakers, other horses, waiting: everything is different from home. The more familiar things your horse finds, the easier it is to stay focused.
The competition-day routine
- In the weeks before: TranquiON every day before work, so the scent becomes familiar.
- In the trailer: load calmly, with the same steps you use at home.
- At the stable: give it time to settle before getting it ready.
- Before the warm-up: 10–15 minutes before, three strokes of TranquiON near the nostrils.
- After the round: DryON on the sweaty coat and Crio Gel or Cryo Wraps on the legs.
